Lepta  (The Mite)

An Orthodox magazine in Russian, published three to four times a year by St. Olga parish of the Russian Orthodox Church in Norway
 

Here are a few sample issues. The magazine is still coming out (as of early 2006 at least) but I no longer have time to publish it online. If you want to maintain this page and update it with newer issues, please contact me or the parish.

Each issue is available in two layouts:
  • A5 layout is intended for on-screen viewing and quick printing; it has pages in consecutive order.
  • A4-booklet layout gives you a nice little brochure if you print it double-sided, fold the pages in half and put a couple staples in the middle. When you print this layout on a duplex (double-sided) printer, choose Portrait orientation and Top binding or Short side binding option in the printer properties.
  • To view PDF files, you need Acrobat Reader 3.0 or later version. You can download Acrobat Reader for free.

    The magazine is mailed free of charge to all members of the parish (become a member).
    Subscription for non-members: kr. 150 per year; account no. 78740536604 in Den Norske Bank.

    "Lepta" magazine ("Russkaya Lepta" / "Russian Mite" until 2003) is published since 2000, on the Web since 2003.  Circulation in print ca. 600 copies (which is a lot for Russian Norway).
